Acetyl Hexapeptide-38 (Adifyline) is a next-generation lipopeptide used as a cosmetic active in volumizing and firming skincare. It is chosen for products targeting the appearance of skin volume and firmness in cheek, temporal and periocular areas.
Typically used at 2–5% in a water + propylene glycol phase (pH 5.0–7.0). Excellent compatibility with HA, ceramides, retinol and vitamin C. Validate performance, stability and safety in your own finished formulation.
Store at 2–8°C, sealed, protected from light. Stable 24 months unopened. In formula at pH 5.0–7.0, stability is excellent.

How to Use
Correctly incorporate Acetyl Hexapeptide-38 into your cosmetic formula in three steps.
Dissolve in water/PG phase
Dissolve at 2–5% in water + propylene glycol (up to 20% PG) at pH 5.0–7.0. Co-solvent required for optimal dissolution.
Add in cooling phase
Incorporate below 40°C. Excellent compatibility with HA, ceramides, retinol and vitamin C. Stable in O/W and W/O emulsions.
Recommended use level
Use at 2–5% in your finished cosmetic formula — suited to day/night creams and serums. Always run your own stability and safety assessment.
