Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation and tracking information by email once your order ships.

Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Europe. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the ordered ingredients may be lawfully imported into their country.

Packaging

All powders ship in pharmaceutical-grade, UV-protected, resealable aluminum foil packaging to protect the product from light and moisture during transit.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are provided at checkout where available. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
