Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Because our products are raw cosmetic ingredients whose integrity depends on sealed, controlled packaging, the following terms apply.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not match its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 14 days of delivery at cusk20@proton.me with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Unopened items

Unopened products in their original sealed foil packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Opened items

For safety, quality, and contamination-control reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by applicable law.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
